The Unreconciled Stars is a three-phase event set to last for a couple of weeks in "Genshin Impact." The event started in the middle of November and tasks players to collect meteorite shards around Teyvat. The event's second phase requires players to salvage bigger meteorites and these tips and tricks might come in handy if they want to earn Primogems.

Things To Consider Before Starting

"Genshin Impact" players first need to complete The Crisis Deepens quest before they could start harvesting the land for meteorites. At the end of the quest, players would unlock the ability to salvage meteorites. It is worth noting that all meteorites that players could salvage are marked on the map.

At any given time, there would be at most four meteorites available to be salvaged. Once players exhaust the available meteorites' selection, they should speak with Mona. Select the Astrology option while talking to her, and she will fill the map with four new salvage locations. Proceed to the location marked by Mona with the salvage location marked by the meteorite. It will appear just the same as the large light blue crystal.

How To Salvage Meteorites in "Genshin Impact"

To salvage meteorites in "Genshin Impact," players need to interact with the meteorite. It will kick off a brief skirmish, just like in Leylines found in the game. Players have ten minutes to defeat enemies while inside the circle. Every opponent defeated increases the player's overall progress to completing a salvage.

It is important never to leave the circle as every second that the player leaves or stays outside the circle decreases his progress. Moreover, if players stay outside the circle for more than a few seconds, there is a great chance that their whole progress would be erased. Players should also make sure to choose a character that could fight at a distance or uses a Bow, so they could defeat enemies without moving out of the circle.

For "Genshin Impact" players playing co-op, it is important that the host does not die. The host's death will cancel out the salvage process. As soon as players filled the gauge completely, the meteorites are considered salvaged. When this happens, "Genshin Impact" players could walk up to the meteorite and spend 20 Resin to obtain the reward. Players gain Falling Star's Might and some XP from salvaging meteorites in "Genshin Impact."
