The accuser of Prince Andrew in the Jeffrey Epstein trial lied about her real age, according to court documents. Virginia Giuffre, who claimed that she had intimate relations with the Duke of York when she was just a minor, was allegedly a prostitute when she started working for the duke's billionaire friend.

According to journalist Sharon Churcher, Giuffre didn't disclose Epstein's real age when they first met. At 15 years old, Giuffre has allegedly been "in the game" for a full year before she became part of Epstein's women.

It was Churcher who first wrote about Giuffre as Epstein's victim. However, the journalist disclosed what she learned of the woman's real-life to her publisher in New York, Tony Lyons.

The journalist also said that Giuffre was "suing everyone" and even blackmailed Epstein into a settlement for about half a million. She also suggested in her deposition that Prince Andrew's accuser might have used fake emails, supposedly written by Churcher.

It's been over a year since Prince Andrew sat down with BBC to answer Giuffre's allegations that they went to bed three times, as well as explain his friendship with Epstein. The Queen's son claimed that he doesn't recall ever meeting Giuffre and provided an alibi when he and his accuser apparently had an intimate time together.

But instead of clearing his name, Prince Andrew received backlash from his interview with Newsnight , and he eventually had to quit his royal duties. The Duke of York remains out of the public eye and has not been seen at royal public events since November 2019. He wasn't even part of the family photos for his daughter, Princess Beatrice's wedding to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi last July.

Meanwhile, Ghislaine Maxwell, Prince Andrew's friend, who is also Epstein's former girlfriend and alleged pimp, is still in jail without bail in connection to Epstein's sex trafficking cases. Maxwell's lawyers are reportedly planning to file a new motion requesting her release on bail before the Christmas holidays.

Reports cited that Maxwell has been losing weight and going bald because of her incarceration at a detention center in Brooklyn. But according to Bureau of Prison officials, the disgraced socialite is being treated well.

Meanwhile, Prince Andrew has yet to sit down with U.S. authorities to shed light on Epstein's cases. The Duke of York said in his Newsnight interview that, following his friend's suicide, he's prepared to cooperate with the FBI and the U.S. Attorney General's office.
