Julia Roberts maintains her privacy over the years. She rarely gives her fans and followers an update about her personal life.

But, despite this, tabloids and magazines continue to plague her with tons of allegations and rumors. Gossip Cop revisited one of the most shocking rumors about the actress, wherein a tabloid claimed that she was "wasting away."

Before 2020 emerged, NW reported that the "Pretty Woman" star "was on the brink of losing it" due to her problems with Daniel Moder. Supposed sources claimed that she became "too thin" that her cheekbones could already "poke someone's eyes out."

The unnamed insiders maintained the tone of the story by claiming that the actress's current condition "horrified" her pals. She did not, reportedly, eat for quite some time, adding that the stress over her marriage caused her to waste away further.

Gossip Cop immediately dismissed the allegations, clarifying that none of these things are true. It, also, pointed out that the whole story is "phony," noting that Julia Roberts was not wasting away due to marital problems.

Later on, the reputed publication said that she did not and does not have issues with her marriage. It even recalled the actress's own revelations to Harper's Bazaar nearly two years ago about how they had to "shield" her children from all the "nasty rumors."

Julia Roberts and Daniel Moder rarely post photos of them as a couple. But, during their 18th wedding anniversary earlier in July, the Eat Pray Love star shared a sweet tribute to her husband to mark their relationship milestone.

USA Today covered the rare moment, adding that Roberts took the tribute to Instagram. The photo featured her kissing her husband on the cheek with the caption "18 years." She, also, included a hashtag at the end of the post, "heck yes."

Roberts and Moder tied the knot in 2002 after two years of dating. They first met on the set of The Mexican, and have since maintained a close, private relationship. The couple shares three children, who are all now in their teenage years.

Following the sweet tribute, Julia Roberts appeared on the iconic virtual table read of the Fast Times at Ridgemont High. She participated in the gig, alongside Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt, and Matthew McConaughey.

Earlier this month, Page Six released snaps of the actress as she enjoys a "leisurely stroll" in Hawaii on her own. She sported a gray T-shirt, denim shorts, and a plaid top tied around her waist. Reports added that she was walking barefoot in the sand and seemingly appeared to enjoy the moment with her AirPods.
