Johnny Depp continues to face intense scrutiny from the media and public these past few weeks. As his fight with the News Group Newspapers may likely persist in the next few months, several tabloids and magazines remain focused on the actor.
Gossip Cop recently released a report covering the allegations Life & Style has made toward the Secret Window star. The headline states that Hollywood has "turned against" Depp, adding that the ruling against him in his last trial has made him an "outcast."
Supposed sources added that he is "panicking" now, considering that his opportunities in the industry are "drying up." He, reportedly, fears about being a "washed-up celebrity" and that no one will hire him anymore.
The same magazine continued that Johnny Depp is "all alone" because of the "toxicity" of the situation he is in now. Heads and executives are allegedly "scared" of it, causing most of his projects to backout from him.
An insider, then, claimed that the Into The Woods actor might now resort to "desperate measures" in order to "redeem himself," as well as his financial accounts. These may include a memoir, wherein he could share his side of the story.
Despite the outlet's insistence, Gossip Cop argued that Depp still has a lot of support from the industry, including several celebrities. It, also, noted that the magazine's story does not "add-up," making the whole story questionable and phony.
The reputed publication, later on, listed some of the celebrities who have spoken up and shared their support toward Johnny Depp. These include Stephen Dorff and even some of his Fantastic Beasts co-stars.
Don Fogler revealed his wishes that the production would have still been able to turn around the situation and include Depp in the process. Mads Mikkelsen, who will replace him in the film series, complimented him on his "masterful" efforts in playing Gellert Grindelwald. The support and care of his co-stars came after the 57-year-old actor announced that he was asked to resign from his role for Fantastic Beasts 3.
Apart from his friends and co-stars, Johnny Depp's former partners, Winona Ryder and Vanessa Paradis broke their silence and shared their statements in support of the actor's case against The Sun. People previously covered the statements of each of the celebrities, noting that, in their respective relationships, Depp never physically abused them nor showed any signs of having a violent nature.
Depp and Ryder were in a relationship for four years in the early 90s. Paradis and the actor, who were together for 14 years, share two kids.
In the end, while no sources could confirm that Hollywood has not turned against the former Fantastic Beasts actor, Gossip Cop pointed out that the magazine's latest story might be another way to "capitalize" on the situation. Given the evidence, as well, this is likely another set of fabricated claims about Johnny Depp.
