There are rumors today that the two celebrities will star again in a new film come 2021. Alongside the reported project, tabloids claimed that Pitt and Robbie are "reigniting" their fling.
Gossip Cop covered the latest rumors about the duo earlier on Thursday. This comes after New Idea released the headline, alleging that the Troy actor is "crushing" on the Suicide Squad actress.
The outlet continued that the two celebrities "can't get enough" of each other. Fans are, also, reportedly, "excited" to see them in the upcoming film, Babylon, adding that they should play as "lovers" on-screen.
Supposed sources, later on, stated that Brad Pitt finds Margot Robbie "beautiful." It is allegedly an "open secret," noting how much she "captivated" him despite knowing that the actress is already married.
Gossip Cop immediately busted the tabloid for its false reporting. It clarified, as well, that tabloids started the dating rumors following their stint on Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.
The reputed publication, then, said that the Fight Club actor is not pursuing Robbie. He did not pursue her, as well, during their first time working together.
As for the upcoming film, Babylon, reports said that Pitt would, indeed, star in the material. But, whether the Bombshell actress will become opposite to his character, details have remained scarce.
Earlier in 2019, reports confirmed that Brad Pitt and Emma Stone would be the leads of the period Hollywood drama. A year later, however, the La La Land actress exited the project due to "scheduling reasons," according to Deadline.
Sources, then, shared that the production was "in talks" with Margot Robbie to replace Stone earlier in November. But, whether she agreed with the terms, no further confirmations have been made.
Gossip Cop, also, pointed out that Margot Robbie is "happily married" to Tom Ackerley. The couple's private wedding ceremony took place in 2016. The Oprah Magazine previously reported that they first met on the set of Suite Française. While the actress had a supporting role on the project, Ackerley worked as an assistant director.
In the end, the tabloids' claims about Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie do not seemingly make sense. Although no reps and sources spoke on record to dismiss the matter, reputed publications concluded that the stories about the co-stars are nothing but fabricated headlines.
