After a month of waiting, fans will finally see the future of Naruto in Boruto Chapter 53. There are strong assumptions that the shinobi will meet his demise, but someone may save him.

Boruto Chapter 53 will continue the intense fight between Naruto and Isshiki. As the new episode's raw scans are now out, it reveals Sasuke now enters the picture.

The upcoming installment's pattern reveals Sasuke will keep on losing his body parts. After Naruto cuts off his left arm, his eye is now slashed, but he doesn't even flinch, BlockToro noted.

The crashed airship from Chapter 16 will also make an appearance in Chapter 53. Elsewhere, Naruto has been sharing his chakra with Kawaki.

However, he is now running out of it that may result in a serious repercussion. From here, there are assumptions Kawaki will sacrifice himself for Naruto and Sasuke.

According to International Business Times, Boruto Chapter 53 will show Kawaki having a hard time recognizing Jigen. In the summary shared by Abdul Zoldyck on Twitter, it reveals he will suddenly remember he is Isshiki, who only has five minutes to live.

Isshiki believes as long as Kawaki has the karma carved on his body, it will help him bring back to life. So, Naruto asks Kawaki to run so that they can buy some time.

Isshiki then stomps on Naruto's stomach, making the latter almost faint with pain, turning back to his original form. He, too, will catch Kawaki and grab him on the neck to carve the karma.

However, Sasuke helps Kawaki by switching places with him. Isshiki notices Sasuke's move and slams him to the ground, telling him his tactic is ineffective.

As long as Isshiki holds the Byakugan, he can locate Kawaki wherever he is, although he can't find him this time. In his desperation, Isshiki will take Naruto captive to make Kawaki come out in Boruto Chapter 53.

Kawaki will then remember Naruto's kindness. He later faces Isshiki but launches a Fire Jujutsu at Isshiki immediately.

Absorbing the attack, Isshiki insults Kawaki, telling him he can't be a shinobi. He then says his primary purpose in life is to be his vessel and disappear. Kawaki stresses Naruto has taught him to live and have a real meaning in life.

Kawaki is ready to give up his life for Naruto when Isshiki notices the karma markings are slowly disappearing from Kawaki's body. The villain later learns Kawaki uses the Shadow Clone Jujutsu to deceive and defeat him.

Boruto Chapter 53 will drop on Sunday, December 20, at midnight, Japan Standard Time, per HITC. Its English translations will later be out at different parts of the world. The international audience will see the new chapter at 9 a.m. Pacific Time, 11 a.m. Central Time, noon Eastern Time, and 5 p.m. British Time.
