Taylor Swift has become one of the celebrities that tabloids and magazines plagued with rumors. With her success and fame, it is no longer surprising why the spotlight is on her and her personal life.

Gossip Cop recently unearthed an allegation about her and Emma Stone. The reports first came to the public's knowledge in 2019, claiming they were in a "bridal battle."

Heat stated that the two celebrities had a falling out because of their "race to the altar." An unnamed source alleged that Swift and Stone wanted to tie the knot in 2020 and found themselves in a "war" over their wedding plans.

Emma Stone, reportedly, sent out her invitations on a much earlier note than Taylor Swift. This, then, "triggered" the Evermore artist to speed up her and Joe Alwyn's wedding plans.

Swift allegedly felt that she should marry first because she and Alwyn share a much longer relationship than Stone and her now-husband, Dave McCary. However, the Easy A actress was already way ahead of her in terms of planning, causing worries on the songstress's part and strain in their friendship.

At that time, Gossip Cop quickly debunked the allegation and deemed the story as "totally false." Despite this, it still went on to revisit the story to emphasize further the truth behind the narrative.

Although there was no "bridal battle" between Taylor Swift and Emma Stone, the latter did tie the knot earlier this year. She and Dave McCary shocked their fans and supporters when reports confirmed their official union amid the pandemic crisis.

People reported that the news first came two weeks after the public saw the couple together, wearing matching bands, in Los Angeles. They did not, however, share the details of the ceremony and have since maintained their privacy.

Stone and McCary announced, though, their engagement in December 2019. They took their relationship milestone to social media in a rare post about their lives as a couple.

As for Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn, the couple is yet to announce their engagement. While fans and supporters continue to ship the couple toward their wedding, they have yet to speak or give hints about the matter. The couple of four years sparked engagement and wedding rumors, however, after the "Exile" singer released her latest album, Evermore.

In the album's first track's music video, Swift wore what appears to be a wedding dress. Many netizens, especially Swifties, were too quick to notice the sartorial piece, causing the rumors to spike.

But, Metro clarified after that the dress is nothing but a dress. They are not engaged or married, as opposed to what the public has since speculated.
