Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas surprised the world when they first dated. The married couple previously revealed about the first time they interacted on social media. More than two years later, they tied the knot in several ceremonies and have since maintained a good marriage.

Following their union, talks about starting their own family became more and more apparent. However, they have not welcomed any children yet since 2018. Cheat Sheet reported, though, that Chopra and Jonas do not have specific preferences when it comes to the number of kids they would have soon.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Priyanka Chopra revealed that she and Nick Jonas would love to have many children. She told the interviewer that they are willing to have "as many as God would give" them.

She did not, however, stated when they would start to plan for their first baby. But, reports believe that it will be anytime soon, as what sources claimed after they celebrated their second wedding anniversary earlier this month.

The couple is, reportedly, talking about having kids "in their near future." Unfortunately, no further details have been provided about the matter.

Weeks after their wedding in 2018, Nick Jonas already talked about his reasons why he wanted to have kids. Speaking to Guy Raz on Spotify's The Rewind, the "Chains' singer revealed that he "definitely wants to be a father someday," adding that fatherhood is a "real dream" for him, according to the Daily Mail.

Jonas continued that the public could look at his reasons in two ways. While some would say that it was "unfair," he said that this had given him "some real perspective at an early age." Later on, he noted that he has already seen "a lot of life" at his young age, and he wants to share it with his own kid in the future.

Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra shared that her reason for wanting kids is related to "preserving her legacy." She explained that she wanted her "existence to have meant something."

These days, Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are "choosing to focus" on their respective careers, alongside their marriage. While the talks of having kids soon are already, reportedly, apparent, it is not a priority right now.

Sources asserted that the couple is both "extremely busy" with their own various projects. Nevertheless, they are not putting any pressure on having kids as they are "enjoying" their lives as a married couple. But, if they do have kids, it will be a "blessing."
