Jin is incredibly handsome that he looks amazing in anything. The BTS star is someone who doesn’t follow the trend and wears anything that he wants.
Being a K-pop idol and a member of the biggest boy group on the planet right now, everything that Jin does and wears are being praised or criticized, but this doesn’t bother him at all. The “Moon” singer lives a very carefree life, and this includes his fashion sense.
Aside from their impressive achievements in the music industry, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are also fashion icons. While the other boys would often mix trendy and casual outfits from luxury to affordable brands, Mr. Worldwide Handsome prefers to wear something out of the norm.
In BTS’s Break The Silence: The Movie Commentary Package VOD, BTS noticed Jin’s questionable style yet again. The 28-year-old singer and songwriter was sporting a pair of blue sunglasses and a black Balenciaga hat, and certified fashionista J-Hope couldn’t contain himself but to react to Jin’s choice. Even the editors added the caption, “Something about it looks off.”
But Jin didn’t see anything wrong with it and confidently defended his combo. “That’s the key point. You guys don’t get it,” he said.
RM then pointed out that Jin’s look in that specific Break The Silence: The Movie scene reminded him of a pre-debut Jin. Worldwide Handsome was photographed wearing a similar style — blue top and sunglasses — in the past. However, he wasn’t wearing a hat in the older snap.
This is definitely not the first time BTS questioned Jin’s fashion choice, and him defending it. In one of the episodes of Bon Voyage, Jungkook was about to remove the price tag on his shirt, probably thinking that his hyung forgot to take it off.
But Jin quickly stopped him and claimed that they are supposed to leave the tags on. He even shouted that Jungkook doesn’t understand “hip-hop culture.”
And it wasn’t just a one-time thing. Jin had been going out and about with tags on his clothes and shoes. And on November 2019, Mr. Worldwide Handsome finally got Jungkook to understand hip-hop culture.
The Golden Maknae was spotted wearing a pair of sneakers with the tags attached at the airport, and ARMYs are convinced that it was Jin’s influence. Jungkook adores his members, and he probably believed Jin's claims about the tags.
