Jujutsu Kaisen second cour will be soon out next year, and fans can't help but get very excited about it. As one of the most anticipated anime series of 2020, viewers expect to see more battles between the sorcerers and the curses.

The franchise's official website revealed Jujutsu Kaisen second cour would drop on Friday, January 15, 2021. It would begin with a new arc, the Kyoto Sister School.

There will also be a New Year special program on the week before the anime's second part officially releases. According to Epic Dope, it will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021, featuring Junya Enoki and Subaru Kimura, who play the roles of Yuji Itadori and Aoi Todo.

Fans are also about to see a life-sized panel of Yuji and Satoru installed on the second and third floor of the Sendai Station. Sendai's Kikisian confectionary shop will also celebrate the event.

Kikufuku will once again unveil a special package on the day of Jujutsu Kaisen second cour's release. In addition, another audio drama will be released on Monday, December 28, along with a new visual.

Fans are about to witness the epic fight between Aoi, Kyoto Sister School of Jujutsu Academy's third-year student, and Yuji in the anime's continuation. The Kyoto Goodwill Event Arc will mainly focus on the competition between the Kyoto and Tokyo branches of the Jujutsu School.

There will be an individual and a group match to determine which school can be the best. Amid the many battles that may happen, the most-awaited one is the face-to-face of Yuji and Aoi.

Meanwhile, with the new arc comes new characters entering Jujutsu Kaisen second cour. There will be a whole new set of villains and allies that the fan-favorite characters are about to meet.

Comicbook noted as the two schools would be pitted against each other, it would show what each Jujutsu Tech branch students have in store. As the anime's official Twitter account dropped new promos, it teases the fresh faces viewers are about to see.

Aside from Kimura and Marina Inoue, who plays Mai Zenin, Satoshi Hino will also join Jujutsu Kaisen second cour as Noritoshi Kami. Rie Kugiyama will also be seen as Momo Nishimiya, Chinatsu Akasaki as Kasumi Miwa, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Mechamaru, and Yoko Hikasa as Utahime Iori.

After this, Monsters & Critics cited the anime would continue with Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2. Yuji would resume his quest to find and devour Sukana's 20 cursed fingers. Anyhow, it remains to be seen when this second installment will be out, as the first season's second cour still has 12 episodes to feature.
