Fans are now looking forward to seeing the new Granola the Survivor arc in Dragon Ball Super Chapter 68. In less than a month, Dragon Ball enthusiasts are about to meet the new villain in the franchise.

After Goku has finally beaten Moro, the universe is now back to normal. After the Moro arc ran for almost two years, this is just the right time that a new story begins in Dragon Ball Super Chapter 68.

According to BlockToro, the new chapter will explain how Angel Merus comes to life after meeting his demise in the previous chapter. Goku is even shocked to see the number one elite patrolman alive.

There are also assumptions that Vegeta is once again jealous of Goku. With the new powers he has unlocked, the prince of the fallen Saiyan may do everything to attain the same new abilities Goku has.

Talking about the new villain, Granola can be likened to a Star Wars character who has 73 clones like the Stormtroopers. Anyhow, fans may be quite confused with the new enemy's look.

He may be a villain, but he "hardly looks like one," so Dragon Ball Super Chapter 68 may feature a surprise twist about it. Fans may get to know more of him through flashbacks, explaining his backstory and powers.

In addition, the new saga's storyline is said to take inspiration from "different places" and consolidate these plots without copying its exact stories. So, by the looks of it, fans are about to see a lot of news at the beginning of this new arc.

In the previous chapter, Goku has saved the earth from destruction after defeating Moro, Otakukart News noted. Vegeta earlier sent the CHI to Goku, but it wasn't enough as Moro continued to squeeze Goku.

Uub and Majin Boo then appeared and helped Goku by giving him more powers to regain his strength. Vegeta then took the CHI from Uub and Boo and said that whoever had it could go for another round of Ultra Instinct.

This helped Goku power up, turn into his Ultra Instinct form, and make his final Kamehameha to blow Moro up. Moro then exploded, and all the heroes on earth celebrated his victory.

So, the upcoming Dragon Ball Super Chapter 68 will come with a massive surprise in the coming year, per Stanford Arts Review. It will be out on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
