Trauma team ambulances and Militech hover ships are just some of the flying vehicles in Night City. Unfortunately, these are not available to V. Interestingly, there is a way where "Cyberpunk 2077" could let their in-game character fly in the game at their command.
Reddit user Heimgang discovered a way on how "Cyberpunk 2077" players can let their character get around Night City. Although it does not make V fly like Super Man, it allows him to reach inaccessible areas by flying. It is interesting how V can explore the vast map of the game and see things from a different perspective.
How To Fly in "Cyberpunk 2077"
Players will need a couple of implants to be able to fly. To do this, they have to go to the Ripperdoc in Westbrook. In here, they should purchase the Epic version of Fortified Ankles. Unlike other versions, this one enables V to hover in mid-air.
It is worth noting that if players ended up killing or punching Fingers, they would not be able to get the Epic Fortified Ankles. Aside from this, players also need to have the Kerenzikov implant. They can purchase this from any Ripperdocs in Night City and unlike the Epic Fortified Ankles, any Kerenzikov rarity would do just fine.
Activating the Kerenzikov implant slows down time and allows players to jump unimaginable distances.
Steps on How to Fly in "Cyberpunk 2077"
Once players have both the Epic Fortified Ankles and the Kerenzikov implants, they have to do several steps to let their character fly in the sky. First, players must aim down their gun's sights. After that, they need to spam the move forward button, which is W on PC and UP on controller. Next, they need to hold the jump button.

If players have done the steps correctly, their in-game character will fly in the direction that it is looking. V would be able to reach locations that are previously not accessible. The action is actually more of hover gliding than truly flying around like in the movies.
Players who would like to try this should always remember that their ability to fly is on a timer. In other words, players should try to stay close to buildings and be mindful of the time so they would not die from falling. The use of these implants and their attendant abilities is the key for "cyberpunk 2077" in-game characters to fly.
