What Is Festering Dragon Marrow in "Genshin Impact"
The Festering Dragon Marrow is a new refinement material in "Genshin Impact." It is used to refine the one-hand sword called Festering Desire. This refinement material is a product of purifying Durin's vile venom. By using it on the bloodthirsty sword, players can increase the sword's power.
How To Obtain The Festering Dragon Marrow in "Genshin Impact"
Players need to progress through the Chalk Prince and the Dragon event quests in order to get the Festering Dragon Marrow. There are four Festering Dragon Marrow that players can collect, and they can be obtained by completing different event quests. However, the first act of the Chalk Prince and the Dragon event will not reward players any Festering Dragon Marrow.
The best thing to do if players are in the first act of the game but would like to refine their Festering Desire is to purchase the item at the event shop. Each refinement item requires a different type of in-game event currency. The first one costs 600 Glimmering Essence, the second costs 600 Warm Essence, and the last couple of pieces is available for 400 Miraculous Essence each.

"Genshin Impact" players can get their hands on Glimmering Essence after completing the Testing Grounds event in the second act. The Warm Essence can be obtained from the Draconic Pilgrimage event in Act 3 while the Miraculous Essence is available in Act 4.
