Nicki Minaj and Drake are some of the most famous rappers of the last decade. With their apparent popularity and success, speculations and reports followed them over the years.

Cheat Sheet recently unearthed the two artists' claims that they tied the knot back in 2010. In one of the "Anaconda" rapper's social media posts that year, she said that the assertions were true, noting that she and Drake sealed the deal and got married.

The "Take Care" singer immediately confirmed the post on the same platform. He said that the public should now refer to the American-Trinidadian artist as "Mrs. Aubrey Drake Graham," adding that she was "finally" his own.

But, despite the pair's public "confirmation," Drake, later on, clarified with Elle that they did not, actually, tie the knot. The interviewer, then, asked why they pretended to be on Twitter, to which he responded that he had no idea "if they were, really, pretending." However, he said that he would marry Nicki Minaj because she would be "one of the only people" who would understand and love him after all he has done and would do.

The "One Dance" singer, also, previously admitted that he had "very real" feelings toward Nicki. He shared that when he saw Nicki, he "literally fell in love."

He countered, though, that the rapper did not see him the same way. He revealed that she would always look at him like her "little brother."

The two artists remained close over the years. Despite their solid friendship, things between them went down south after Nicki Minaj entered a relationship with Meek Mill in 2015.

Reports said that the "In My Feelings" singer had issues with Mill amid that time. Accordingly, the tensions between the two men affected Nicki's friendship with Drake.

The drama did not end, as well, even after Nicki Minaj's relationship ended. They did resume their friendship in 2018, but they no longer follow each other on social media. Also, Drake confessed that his rifts with the battle rapper "forever changed" his ties with the rap queen.

The "Super Bass" singer went on to marry Kenneth Petty later in 2019. Billboard reported that the pair were "childhood sweethearts" from Queens.

Meanwhile, Drake is currently single. Reports said that his last girlfriend was Bella Harris, a 19-year-old model and daughter of Jimmy Jam Harris. Despite having no steady relationship, he is, reportedly, focusing on his 2-year-old son and co-parenting with Sophie Brussaux.
