Camilla Parker Bowles is reportedly making demands from Prince Charles to renew their vows so she could secure her status as the future Queen and she wants Her Majesty to be present at this second wedding.

According to a printed issue of The Globe, the Duchess of Cornwall thinks that a vow renewal will erase the humiliation of her first wedding to Charles in 2005 after she was known as the Prince of Wales' mistress for so long.

But Gossip Cop immediately debunked the story and stated that it's one of the "many horrid stories" fabricated by the tabloid. The Globe has also built up stories about Camilla assaulting Queen Elizabeth during a drunken state or that Charles has been meaning to divorce his second wife but didn't want to waste any money.

A royal expert, however, believes that a renewal of vows isn't actually a bad idea. According to Phil Dampier, the couple's popularity has "skyrocketed" during the pandemic that it might be the right time to plan a second wedding.

Dampier said that both the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall have gained much respect in the last months for pressing on with their work and advocacies despite the world shutting down because of the virus threat. Camilla has especially received a lot of tributes on social media, which she learned to use in 2020.

The Duchess of Cornwall's increasing presence on the platform has made others see her "warmth and sincerity." She has slowly been gaining more admiration from the public, who used to regard her as the other woman who ruined Charles' marriage to Princess Diana.

But by the end of 2020, Charles and Camilla had to turn off the comments section of their social media pages after receiving heaps of backlash from viewers of The Crown. The controversy sparked a debate over the Netflix series' accuracy in depicting the royal family with Britain's Culture Secretary asking the streaming platform to put a disclaimer on every episode of the show.

Despite this, however, Camilla has bravely opened another social media account to launch her new project for 2021. The Duchess of Cornwall has made an online book club to promote her passion for reading and to encourage her followers to pick up a book and enrich themselves amid the pandemic.

Camilla left the comments section of The Reading Room open to all commenters, including potential trolls who could attack the royal couple. The initiative has earned her more praises from the British public, with many of the followers saying that Camilla is quite relatable and hardly "stuffy" or "highbrow."
