SEAL Team season 4 episode 7 is coming next week on CBS, with the title "All In." This is going to be an important episode for the Bravo Team as most of them were about to make some life-changing decisions. This is something that could impact the entire department in the future.

The Bravo Team heads back home in SEAL Team season 4 episode 7. Most of them are still dealing with the aftermath of what happened in episode 6, wherein they rescued their missing brother, Ray Perry (Neil Brown Jr.). This incident has caused them to reconsider what they really want.

The team is grappling with the major changes after what happened to them. But then, they were assigned to go on a mission again -- this time in Ecuador. While everyone deals with this, Natalie Pierce (Emily Swallow) also presented an idea to Jason Hayes (David Boreanaz) that could change his entire life.

The idea might be tied to the personal life of Jason, as he's been finding stability away from the job. It can be recalled that he decided to step down from being an Operator of the team during the premiere. His decision will further play out in SEAL Team season 4 episode 7.

In episode 1, Jason announced that he won't be part of the Bravo Team anymore. He explained his reason why he decided to quit. He said the war has been his refuge and he's now done feeling it. He made it clear that he's ready to let go of his position and "find a life" for himself.

Now, it would be interesting to see what is Natalie's life-changing offer to Jason in SEAL Team season 4 episode 7. This storyline won't be likely wrap up immediately since it will address some personal stories of the character. He has been through a lot and this is a chance for him to explore other parts of his life.

In a previous interview with TV Insider, Boreanaz discussed what would be Jason's life away from the Bravo Team. He said that his character will try to figure out how to live now that he's out in the service. And although he's a Bravo Team anymore, he'll still interact with the members.

SEAL Team season 4 episode 7 is airing on Wednesday, Feb. 17, on CBS.
