BLACKPINK has become a household name in the world of music. The all-female group is only one of the few K-pop bands that have dominated the international stage.

But, before their apparent success, the members faced challenges during their training days. Some of them even needed the help of their groupmates to push through.

Koreaboo recently released a list of several facts about Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa, alongside their respective stories back when they were still in training. While they all immediately "clicked" as soon as they were grouped, some of them, reportedly, "struggled" with their day-to-day activities.

Among all the members of BLACKPINK, it seemingly appeared that Jisoo was the one who faced struggles the most. This came after she joined the training despite having no experience in singing or dancing.

Fortunately, though, Jennie, reportedly, was always there for her. The publication claimed that the so-called "Human Chanel" was by her side when Jisoo would feel lost.

Apart from the oldest member of the K-pop group, Rosé, also, experienced a few challenges during their time in training. She had problems with her dancing, and even experienced a "mental breakdown" upon realizing how much she needed to learn it.

Similar to Jisoo, though, Rosé received help and assistance from Jennie. The same publication reported that the group's vocalist spent "several months" teaching the basics of dancing to her.

Lisa, the main rapper of BLACKPINK, also, served as a motivation for Rosé. She previously shared that upon seeing her co-member dance, this helped her to "grow" her dream. She, then, emphasized that she wanted to dance well like Lisa.

In the same report, the outlet recalled some of the group's challenges while living in their dorm. As revealed, they were all "poor" when they were trainees.

In one of their previous interviews, the members exposed, as well, how poor they were at that time. Jennie said that they did not have much money for food. Moreover, they lived with cockroaches and centipedes in their earlier units.

While they did not have much before their success, The List pointed out that the members of the BLACKPINK grew up with money. They all lived most of their lives "wealthy," residing in the richest neighborhoods in South Korea.

These days, though, the girls are wealthy on their own. The group's worth is estimated at $35 million with each having $8 to $9 million.
