Snowfall season 4 will continue to follow Franklin Saint (Damson Idris) doing whatever is necessary to expand his empire. But then, he knows that problems are coming along the way and he needs the help of others -- particularly Teddy/Reed Thompson (Carter Hudson).

Franklin and Teddy's relationship will be further explored in Snowfall season 4. Both of them were relying on each other to achieve their goals. Franklin needs Teddy to get the product that he needs, while Teddy needs Franklin to make his plan happen.

Although Teddy can find other dealers to handle his product, he won't be able to build the same infrastructure he has with Franklin. More gang wars and competition are coming in Snowfall season 4 and Hudson's character already knows who to trust and who's not.

Teddy realized that it's difficult to keep his operation going and he must rely on Franklin to maintain it. He's been furthering a drug trade for the sake of politics and there's a huge consequence that comes along with it. He lost a lot in the process but was still determined to continue his long-term plan.

Franklin is the right person for Teddy, given that they somehow went through the same situation. But, while they're using the same method, their plans have different outcomes. Teddy uses the drug trade to fight communism, while Franklin couldn't back out now that he entered this world.

Snowfall season 4 sees Franklin expanding his business and making more enemies along the way. He's pushing all his boundaries despite the challenges he'll encounter. Teddy helps him with the supply, but there is a question when it comes to distribution.

Teddy is currently in Nicaragua pursuing his government interests. They need to be careful with their actions as one wrong move could potentially jeopardize their operation. After all, the turf was is just around the corner and everyone is eager to rise to the top.

Meanwhile, a new character will show up in Franklin's life in the next outing. Anna Mitchell is set to play the recurring role of Tanosse in the fourth installment. She is the friend and former lover of Idris' character. They grew up in the same neighborhood but they haven't seen each other for a long time.

Tanosse has a "working-class sophistication, charm and slight edge about her." However, it is uncertain whether or not she can be trusted. In addition, her brother was a drug kingpin during the 70s and has since gone to prison for life.

Snowfall season 4 premieres with a two-part episode on Wednesday, Feb. 24, on FX.
