Blue Bloods season 11 episode 8 is coming next week on CBS, with the title "More Than Meets the Eyes." Danny Reagan (Donnie Wahlberg) and Maria Baez (Marisa Ramirez) will be taking on a certain case once again. This time, they will be looking for a person whom they already encountered in the past.
In some of the preview photos of Blue Bloods season 11 episode 8, Danny and Baez can be seen at the beach. Although this seemed to be a vacation for the two, they actually go to the island to investigate a particular case that is somehow related to them.
Based on the synopsis, the serial killer that held them hostage resurfaces. Danny and Baez were put in a very dangerous situation at the time they were trapped, especially the latter. Now, they go on a hunt to find this person and bring him to jail.
They are determined to close this case once and for all. However, this won't be an easy mission for them since they're dealing with a serial killer. They must be careful with their move as the person they're looking for might just be hiding near them.
It seems like Baez will be in trouble once again after the events in Blue Bloods season 11 episode 8. In episode 9, a dead body was found on her property and it leaves her in legal jeopardy. She is going to ask Danny to help her and prove to everyone that she is innocent.
The good thing is that Danny is always there to help her, even if the situation gets so much complicated. She may also have the support of other people in the department as they know that she's not capable of doing such things. Perhaps, someone is trying to frame up Baez and pin the murder down on her.
Elsewhere in Blue Bloods season 11 episode 8, Erin Reagan (Bridget Moynahan) is trying to feel not overpowered when her new boss overshadowed her at work. At the same time, she tries to get a nervous eye-witness to reveal who shot her boyfriend.
Jamie Reagan (Will Estes) has his own storyline in next week's episode, as well. He arrests a reporter who loots at several stores. But then, his action leads to a standoff between his father, Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck), and the Attorney General over the press' First Amendment rights.
Blue Bloods season 11 episode 8 airs on Friday, March 5, on CBS.
