The Walking Dead season 10 will deliver six more additional bonus episodes beyond the official season finale "A Certain Doom." The first bonus episode arrived on Sunday, Feb. 28, and it focused on Maggie Greene's (Lauren Cohan) storyline.

The first of the bonus episodes of The Walking Dead season 10 is titled "Home Sweet Home." She hasn't been with the gang for quite some time now and a lot of things changed while she was away. When she returned, she reunited with Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), a villain-turned-ally.

Maggie was disappointed when she found out that the group accepted Negan after what he did to all of them in the past. She resented this person so much, especially since he's the one who killed her husband, Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun).

Now that Maggie returned, she has to deal with the fact that Negan is part of the group. This is challenging for her since she considers this person a villain. She's now troubled in accepting that he is one of them and they must work together.

As for how their reunion will further play out in The Walking Dead season 10, showrunner Angela Kang told TVLine that there is "no love lost" between Maggie and Negan. The latter will also realize that the wife of the person he killed had changed over the past years.

Kang teased that Negan will start to see more unexpected things about Maggie as the story between them unfolds over time. But, aside from their reunion, the bonus episodes will be important for their individual storylines, as well.

This is a chance to learn more about Maggie's life while she way away with the team for the past years. There are a lot of questions as to what happened to her at the time she was not with everyone else. It's also interesting to see who are the people she met along the way.

Negan's history, on the other hand, will be further addressed. It has been confirmed that Morgan's real-life wife, Hilarie Burton, is set to play the character's wife, Lucille. Only a few things were known about the character's past -- including why he became a bad guy in the early run of the series.

However, it looks like his story in the bonus episode of The Walking Dead season 10 will be different from the comics. In a separate interview with Entertainment Weekly, Kang said that the episode "Here's Negan" won't be the same -- yet fans will still recognize some materials from the comics.

The next episode of The Walking Dead season 10 is titled "Find Me" and it is set to air on Sunday, Mar. 7, on AMC.
