Kingdom Season 3 will finally return on the small screen after a major delay last year. The anime series drops a new trailer, giving fans a glimpse of the war they are about to see.

Kingdom Season 3 will feed the war-hungry fans who want to see the strategic Chinese kingdoms' battles back in the day. By the looks of it, its return will feature a huge bang with its promising look.

The new trailer shows the war will continue with the series of upcoming battles involving different kingdoms. According to Epic Dope, the Kingdom of Qin is still under attack, and it is up to Xin if he will come up with a strategic plan to save the realm.

The kingdom's chance to survive is incredibly thin with the number of enemies that surround the territory. However, as the battle is more about wits than the workforce, it has the possibility to win.

The Kingdom of Zhao is also in conflict with Qin because of Li Mu's ideas. They now surround Qin, while the attack happened unexpectedly due to Zhao's peace treaty.

As there will be a lot of bloody fights, it looks like Kingdom Season 3 has upped everyone's expectations. Xin and Zheng join hands to protect Qin. A new visual is also revealed, showing Qiang Lei in her full glory.

Meanwhile, Anime News Network noted Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine would be publishing a special interview with the anime's staff on its 14th issue. Director Kenichi Imaizumi and other producers will tell everything about their behind-the-scenes works amid the COVID-19 pandemic and reveal some season highlights.

Kingdom Season 3 originally aired on NHK General in April 2020. However, the anime's production committee decided to delay Episode 5's broadcast and the later episodes due to some production issues.

Although its production had been moving forward with enough time they had allotted, the Japanese government's state of emergency declaration against the coronavirus had greatly affected the series. Hence, it was later scheduled with a new return date.

Though a few episodes had been dropped, Kingdom Season 3 would return to its very beginning, dropping Episode 1 again. The new season would be covering the manga's Allegiance Arc, starting on Sunday, April 4, per OtakuKart News. Its opening theme song would be BiSH's "Tomorrow," while the ending theme is waterweed's "Deep Inside."
