MacGyver season 5 episode 11 is coming this weekend on CBS, with the title "C8H7ClO + Nano-Trackers + Resistance + Maldives + Mind Games." Things are going to be more intense as some members of Team Phoenix are in danger -- particularly Angus McGyver (Lucas Till) and Riley Davis (Tristin Mays).
In MacGyver season 5 episode 11, Mac and Riley will be facing a brand new threat. The two head overseas to stop a governmental collapse. However, they find themselves inadvertently inhaling new deadly microscopic technology.
This is going to be a huge problem for both Mac and Riley since this is not something that they've dealt with in the past. They are in serious danger and they'll be racing against time to ensure their safety. The two also need some help from their friend in Phoenix Foundation.
But, despite the threats coming for them in MacGyver season 5 episode 11, it would be interesting to see Mac and Riley working together away from the rest of Team Phoenix. There is something deeper between the two of them. In fact, the latter, particularly, admits some of her feelings.
Yet, Riley doesn't want to ruin whatever Mac and Desi Nguyen (Levy Tran) has. However, at the end of the previous episode, he showed up at her door after hearing her confession. This seemingly suggests that the series is brewing a potential love triangle.
If Mac decided to be in a relationship with Riley, he would hurt Desi. But then, it's also clear that he has feelings for the latter and he even met up with her parents in the early episodes. This is going to be a complicated situation of the three and it will play out as the story progresses.
MacGyver season 5 episode 11 will start to build up this love triangle. Since Mac and Riley will be spending some alone time together in their upcoming mission, they could become even closer. There could be some changes that may further complicate the situation.
Beyond this storyline, Wilt Bozer (Justin Hires) will continue to seek the truth. Right now, he's still mourning Leanna Martin (Reign Edwards) but he is determined going to get to the bottom of her case eventually. He'll do whatever is necessary to find out the circumstances behind her death.
MacGyver season 5 episode 11 airs on Friday, March 12, on CBS.
