MAMAMOO is one of today's most successful all-female K-Pop groups in the world. Over the years, the four-member band has provided their fans with impressive tracks and performances.

But, aside from their talents and skills in music, many fans and followers continue to praise them for their styles and appearances. Recently, Solar received lots of compliments from netizens after sharing a photo of herself on Instagram.

AllKpop reported that the leader of the K-Pop group appears to have flaunted her "glamorous" and fit body through the images. She shared three pictures of herself on the platform, featuring her white crop top matching a white pair of bottom pieces. In it, she gave several poses for the camera. She even made a "kissy face" in one of the shots.

The publication said that many fans and followers applauded her for her "playfulness." But, aside from her cheerful attitude, netizens noticed how impressive her "fit figure" is.

It is no secret that K-Pop idols work hard on their appearances. The members of MAMAMOO are no different to this as they themselves resorted to various kinds of diet plans and workout routines.

Koreaboo previously reported that Solar even followed a strict three-day fruit diet, which she documented for her YouTube channel, Solarsido. She shared her weigh-ins before and after the diet, as well as the meal plans she had for the next three days.

For her breakfast, she had half of an apple, one sweet potato, and a glass of soy milk. She, then, followed it up with her "first lunch," which consisted of half a bowl of brown rice, a bag of chicken breast, and a cluster of Campbell grapes.

Solar, also, included a "second lunch" for her three-day diet. She ate a bag of chicken breast and a persimmon for this time of the day. The K-Pop idol ended each day with two eggs and a persimmon.

Before starting the diet program, she weighed in at 46.5 kg or 102.3 lbs. To her and her fans' surprise, she quickly lost about 2 kilos on the third day as she weighed in at 44.9 or 98.78 lbs.

While the MAMAMOO leader seemingly lost those 2 kilos quickly, it was not always easy for her, as well as her groupmates. A separate report from AllKpop previously revealed what Solar and Whee In had to face after their debut.

Solar said that their label told them to diet during their trainee days. She noted, however, that they were "left" to take care of themselves on their own in the way they wanted to do it.

The MAMAMOO members recalled how taking diet pills endangered their health in the past. Solar revealed that she ended up in the emergency room, while Whee In passed out twice.
