It also said on ta tweet that the manga would be on a break next week. Kaguya-Sama Chapter 221 would instead resume in the 17/2021 issue, which would be out next Thursday, March 25.
Anyhow, either Weekly Young Jump magazine or Akasaka revealed the delay's reason, though fans believed it had something to do with the manga's storyline. The mangaka, allegedly, found it hard to continue Kaguya and Miyuki's story after what happened to them in the previous chapter.
Kaguya-Sama tells the story of Miyuki and Kaguya, who are the renowned Shuchiin Academy and the nation's top students. Miyuki is their student council's president, while Kaguya is the vice president, per Anime Manga News.
Their peers and mentors alike have the highest respect for them. They are also the envy of every student. With that, they are considered the perfect couple with their shared strengths and similarities.
