Boruto Episode 191, titled "Stray Dog," will feature Kawaki's escape and what Naruto will do about it. The Shinobi wants to meet and know more about the mysterious young boy, so he is about to take the matter into his own hand.
Boruto Episode 191 will be another anime-only storyline, so fans have never seen this part of the story yet. This will help the anime series run the story forward as the anime continues.
According to BlockToro, Kawaki will run away from the Advanced Technology Research Institute despite having severe injuries. He will then find his way to the downtown shopping district.
He's exhausted, weak and hungry with the length of his travel. Sumire will suddenly appear in Kawaki's face, along with her summon creature, Nue, as he tries to find something to eat.
Sumire means no harm and even worries for his wounds, but Kawaki remains hostile toward her. She will then try to talk to him about herself and life to calm him and get his trust in Boruto Episode 191.
The new episode preview also shows how Kawaki has managed to escape the facility. However, instead of Sumire, the teaser reveals he will meet a stray dog along the way, and from here, the clip ends.
In Boruto Episode 190, Konohamaru updated Naruto about their recent mission, International Business Times noted. Shikamaru was surprised to know Ao was Kara, but Konohamaru reminded them of how Ao and Mugino gave them their lives for their protection.
Kononhamaru then gave Shikamaru a flash drive, who would forward it to the Cipher Corps for analysis. The jounin level Shinobi asked Naruto and others about what they should do to Kawaki.
Shikamaru believed they shouldn't let him enter the village without thoroughly investigating him. So, Naruto decided to go to Ryutan to meet the mysterious young boy.
Meanwhile, Kawaki was being held at the Ryutan Advanced Technology Research Lab. He's thinking about how to free himself while Katasuke asked Sumire to keep a close eye on him. However, after seeing Sumire in trouble, Nue transformed and bit Kawaki's arm.
