My Hero Academia Chapter 309 spoilers finally hit the web, teasing All Might and Deku's meeting once again. As it now drops its official title, "I Can't Stay Being a Kid," it seems to hint at the evolution Deku has gone through.
Deku and Muscular's fight will continue and end in My Hero Academia Chapter 309. There will also be other events that are set to happen in the next chapter.

According to BlockToro, Deku will return to All Might after successfully stopping Muscular from wreaking havoc in the city. The former No. 1 Pro Hero will then ask Deku about his hand's condition, to which he says it is all fine.
He will thank All Might for bringing him the "compression gauntlet" from the U.S. that may have helped Deku's condition. All Might will then receive a call from Hawks, asking how Deku is doing.
Asap Land noted a doctor told Deku before that he might lose his arms if he "continued to use the power." Thankfully, he has dramatically evolved and has become more resistant.
His One for All is now about at its 45% of strength, so he may have lessened the risk. Deku will also be fighting other criminals in My Hero Academia Chapter 309.
Meanwhile, Deku and Muscular's brawl will continue, and the protagonist will once again win. Muscular withstood Deku's One for All attacks before, Recent Highlights noted.
Though he was defeated, Deku incurred severe injuries. Muscular then received an order to destroy the city.
Although Deku tries his best to know him and talk to him in their rematch, he fails. A brawl then begins, and Deku uses a smokescreen so that Muscular can only see less of him.
He remembers his moves from their last fight to predict his attack pattern and uses Danger Sense Quirk to avoid his charges. He also employs his Float Quirk to get the best attack position and Black Whip Quirk to reduce mobility.
Muscular has already suffered damage from Deku's vibration attack. Though he wants a "slugfest type fight," Deku doesn't allow him to do so.
He perfectly uses his Quirks to defeat Muscular, as he learns to balance his abilities to yield the most effective result.
Muscular will be then captured in My Hero Academia Chapter 309, tied up by well-equipped police. Fans will see this and more when the new chapter drops on Sunday, April 18, on Viz Media and MangaPlus.
