The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon's Judgment Episode 16, titled "The Final Battle," will reveal Meliodas and the former Demon King's last face-off. The Dragon's Sin of Wrath has to face his father to free Zeldris and lift Elizabeth's curse.
The Demon Clan ruler reactivated Elizabeth's Eternal Reincarnation curse. Meliodas tried to destroy the curse, but it would remain active as long as the former Demon King lives, and it is now up to him what to do next in The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon's Judgment Episode 16.
According to EpicDope, Meliodas may get the help of Zeldris as he tries his best to have control of his own body from the inside. Sure, the Seven Deadly Sins are now disbanded, but they will once again fight alongside each other to go against the monster Indura.
Meliodas, on the other hand, will do his best to defeat the former Demon King to save his brother and lift the curse of Elizabeth. Elsewhere, Mael may also give his powers to Escanor.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon's Judgment Episode 15 showed how Meliodas and the rest of the Sins learned Elizabeth's curse returned, realizing the former Demon King was still alive. Chandler and Cusack won over their fight against Mael.
But Cusack killed Chandler and assembled the Commandments altogether. He then infused them with Zeldris, turning the latter into the former Demon King's vessel.
Though Zeldris was not his perfect choice, his body still possessed his father's powers, The Cinemaholic noted. The former Demon King knew the Sins were after him, so he tried to fool Zeldris by making him believe Meliodas didn't keep his words to him.
He was made convinced that Meliodas killed Zelda, though the former Demon King had accepted their relationship. The latter then sent a cataclysmic beast, known as Indura, to the human world that the protagonists had to fight in The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon's Judgment Episode 16.
Hawk and Escanor alerted their allies about Indura, while Lion's Sin of Pride prayed to Mael to access his old powers. The Sins prepared to face the beast, while Meliodas and Elizabeth made their way to the purgatory to fight the former Demon King and save Zeldris.
The fight between Meliodas and his father will be seen when The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon's Judgment Episode 16 drops on Wednesday, April 28. It can be seen on TV Tokyo and BS TV Tokyo.
