MacGyver season 5 episode 15 will serve as the official ending from the action-adventure drama. Previously, it has been officially confirmed that the series is coming to an end and it comes as a huge surprise for fans. Now, this week's episode will wrap up the story of Lucas Till's titular character.
MacGyver season 5 episode 15 is bringing a lot of intense moments, as well as action-packed scenes for everyone. Titled "Abduction + Memory + Time + Fireworks + Dispersal," the storyline centers on most of the characters trying to take the nano-trackers out of their body.
This has been a major mystery as of late, and it looks like everything is coming to an end as the series finale is approaching. In the penultimate episode, Riley (Tristin Mays), Matty (Meredith Eaton), and Russ (Henry Ian Cusick) dive deeper into the investigation of their nano-trackers.
Riley, in particular, wanted to get the nano-trackers out of her system. However, she learned that the devices are running deep within her body and can't be extracted easily. What's even worse is that there is a huge possibility they could stay inside her body for good.
The mission to take these nano-trackers out of their body will continue in MacGyver season 5 episode 15. But then, this wouldn't be an easy process and there'll be a lot of complications coming along the way. Mac and Riley will, specifically, be in a dangerous situation.
As the synopsis notes, the two went missing and they wake up in a cornfield 24 hours later. The problem is that Mac and Riley have no memory of how they ended up there, something that they must try to figure out. At the same time, they must find a way to get rid of the nano-trackers -- no matter the cost.
Also, it's yet to be seen whether the Team Phoenix will find them. They don't know the exact location of Mac and Riley, so they may have a hard time tracking their whereabouts. They also recognized that they must race against time before it's too late.
But, although there's no guarantee when it comes to Mac and Riley's safety in MacGyver season 5 episode 15, some of the preview photos featured the titular character in action. Yet, the image is likely taken from a scene before the abduction happened.
Since this is going to be the last episode for the action-adventure drama, fans have to be prepared for a lot of twists and turns. In addition to the action, there love triangle between Mac, Riley, and Desi (Ley Tran) is something that might be addressed, as well.
