BLACKPINK is one of the most successful all-female acts in the world. They have continued to shatter records and top charts even outside the K-Pop industry.
Aside from the fame and success, though, the members of the group, also, face several allegations and rumors from time to time. One of the most apparent talks is about whether they underwent plastic surgeries to achieve stunning appearances.
Kpop Starz released a report on the matter, centering its post on the group's "visual," Jisoo. With her nearly "perfect" image and beauty, many remain curious whether she went "under the knife" in the past.
The publication immediately dismissed the rumors and allegations about the BLACKPINK member. As explained, sources close to Jisoo have already repeatedly debunked such rumors, adding that her old photos have always backed this up.
Based on the images published in the article, they, reportedly, show that the K-Pop idol "never changed anything at all." There is little difference, however, in her cheeks. Nevertheless, the outlet credited the change to "puberty" and "weight loss."
Several fans and followers, also, had similar assertions on Quora. In discussing whether the BLACKPINK member had plastic surgeries, all respondents on the thread seemingly conceded that Jisoo never had one in her life.
They all insisted that the K-Pop idol's beauty is very "natural," adding that her face did not even change at all as to when she was a child. In support of the claims, the netizens accompanied their arguments with numerous photos of Jisoo in her childhood and pre-debut years.
When comparing, though, her appearance from the past and today, several individuals asserted that her jawline and complexion showed little changes. But, they quickly countered that these differences are all "understandable," considering that she is an idol now. Accordingly, they account for diets and skincare regimens to these things.
Experts in the field, also, believe the same thing. Plastic surgery analyst Lorry Hill even previously confirmed that Jisoo did not go "under the knife."
She shared, however, that the K-Pop idol likely had her teeth adjusted with the help of veneers. But, other than this, the BLACKPINK member never did any surgeries and has since maintained her natural beauty.
Earlier in March, a plastic surgeon in South Korea named Jisoo as the "most beautiful female idol." In his interview, Dr. Min Hee Joon analyzed clips and photos of several K-Pop girl groups to determine which among them has the "ideal face."
AllKpop said that the expert ultimately chose the BLACKPINK member as the "ideal beauty." As noted, her face has the "perfect harmony between Western and Eastern beauty standards."
