Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have made another clear move that they have no more plans of coming back to the United Kingdom after they shut down their Sussex Royal charity permanently.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex used to run the non-profit organization in the U.K. before they quit their royal life. The couple then established Archewell in the U.S. and then changed the name of their U.K. charity to MWX Trading in 2020.

MWX Trading, which is said to stand for Meghan Windsor X, has been appointed a liquidator with the Companies House in London on May 4, 2021. This signifies that the charity will be closed for good as Harry and Meghan Markle establish their new life in America.

The move comes before Harry is set to reunite with his brother, Prince William, for the unveiling of Princess Diana's statue at Kensington Palace this July. According to sources, this summer reunion could be very difficult amid Harry's recent statements against the royal family. Royal correspondent Roya Nikkhah said that William did not like hearing Harry criticizing Prince Charles in a podcast talk show so soon after Harry also spoke badly of their father in a TV interview.

In his most recent statements, Harry said that he wants to break a cycle in his family, which alluded to bad parenting. Though Harry said that he does not want to point any fingers, he suggested that he's been hurting as an individual because Charles' parenting style was flawed since the kind of parenting he experienced from Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip was also flawed.

Charles has brushed off questions about his son in recent royal engagements, while royal observers blamed Markle for brainwashing the Duke of Sussex. Some have pointed out how Markle has managed to fracture Harry's relationship with his family just as much as she fractured her own relationship with her father and half-siblings.

Markle has been estranged from her dad since 2018 and has not made any attempts to see him in Mexico, which is a few miles away from their home in California. The Duchess of Sussex also told Oprah Winfrey that her father betrayed her after he was in cahoots with the British tabloid press, whose negative coverage of Harry and Markle have been harmful to their mental health.

Meanwhile, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have lined up different projects in California under Archewell. The couple recently raised $1.8 million in funds, which will be used to buy vaccines for poor nations.
