J-Hope of BTS recently sat down for an interview with Rolling Stone. In his engagement, he talked about several things about himself, including the lessons he learned amid the pandemic.

Koreaboo released a report about the matter. It mainly covers what the K-Pop idol stated about his "reflections on himself."

J-Hope began by saying that the lockdown became an "opportunity" for him to learn how precious their ordinary lives were. He, also, noted that he had to think about how he should go on with his life, adding how he should "stay calm and focus even during these times."

The BTS member continued that the rest of the group are "just people, like everybody else." Accordingly, they all "feel the same way as everybody else."

He, then, related this dynamic to their music-making process. J-Hope said that they wanted to create "music and do performances that other people can resonate with," and things that "can give people more strength."

In the end, the group rapper shared that he learned a lot amid the pandemic, and the takeaway is to do what he can do best. He, also, emphasized that "time goes on and life flows on," so it has become a goal for him to "make music that can give consolation and a sense of hope to other people.

Speaking about making and creating music, the BTS member consequently dwelled on his next mixtapeBillboard released a similar article, detailing what the K-Pop idol had to say about his future music release.

He began by reflecting on his 2018 mixtape, Hope World. He deemed it "pure, innocent, and beautiful," seemingly insinuating that he could not believe himself making "such music at those times."

J-Hope, later on, stated that when he works on his music today, he goes back to the emotions that he had during his first mixtape. He asserted that Hope World "shaped the direction" of the path he wants to go in as a soloist.

The idol emphasized, though, that "nothing is decided yet" when it comes to the details and release of his second and yet-untitled mixtape. Nevertheless, he assured everyone that he will keep on going and working on his music.

Apart from revelations about his learnings and new mixtape, the BTS rapper is receiving a lot of attention, as well, because of their recent comeback. This comes after the music video of "Butter" shows him having a butter-eating moment at the last minute of the material.

People have become seemingly intrigued whether he was, indeed, munching on butter in the shoot. Cheat Sheet reported that he was, noting that RM was the one who revealed it before their fans. He even said that J-Hope had to eat butter pads for an hour to get the most fitting and ideal shoot for the music video.
