2PM is returning to the K-Pop scene later next month. Weeks ahead of the comeback, the members are seemingly preparing themselves for the upcoming project.

Since the confirmation of the group's return, some of the members have been actively participating in various engagements and appearances. Recently, Junho made a guesting stint on MBC's I Live Alone.

Koreaboo reported that the K-Pop idol shared with the viewers his daily routines and activities. It became a shock, though, when he revealed how he has changed his lifestyle since his last appearance on the reality series.

In his previous guesting stint, which took place nearly four years ago, fans and viewers witnessed how much he enjoyed "delivery foods." But, in his latest appearance, Junho showed his kitchen filled with healthy and nutritious consumables.

The 2PM member has a stock of chicken breast in his fridge, He, also, has various protein powder products, alongside Coke Zero.

When Park Na Rae asked about the changes in his diet and lifestyle, the K-Pop idol revealed that he started focusing his meals on chicken breast about half a year ago.

Junho, then, explained that he restricts himself from exceeding 1200 kcal per day. He noted, as well, that he even put his ingredients on a scale to achieve the exact measurements.

The same publication said that many netizens expressed their surprise after seeing the changes in Junho's lifestyle and diet. Some complimented him, while others asserted that he is really "working hard."

The 2PM member, also, previously attracted attention when he lost 35 lbs (16 kg) weight. It appears that his healthy lifestyle has continued to pay off.

Apart from his diet, Junho showed how he does his exercises, as well. Soompi reported that in the same program, the K-Pop idol did not shy away from revealing his "strict" regimens.

As stated, the 2PM idol's daily routine involves exercise, rehearsals, and quality time with his pets. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, he set up his own workout room in his home.

Upon waking up, he follows his exercises and fitness routines. Afterward, he practices the proper usage of chopsticks with his right hand.

The outlet said that the practice is for his upcoming role in a historical drama. Considering that he is left-handed, he has to master being right-handed, including using chopsticks.

He follows these activities with dance rehearsals. As seen in the episode of I Live Alone, he reviews their group's past performances in preparation for their return next month.

JYP Entertainment confirmed the comeback earlier this week. While the agency, alongside 2PM, has yet to reveal the details, including the exact date, the announcement points out that this will happen in late June.
