BTS is on top of the headlines following the release of their highly-anticipated summer track. On Friday, the septet dropped their second all-English song, "Butter."

After the official premiere, the K-Pop idols had a global press conference at Seoul's Olympic Hall. They greeted and engaged with reporters to mark the release of their latest music project.

AllKpop reported that in one part of the event, the seven artists discussed their hopes of getting into the Grammys again. The talks on the matter began when a reporter asked why they chose to release another all-English song.

Suga initially stated that they could not say that they "did not take into account the 'Grammy Awards.'" He added that their goal to win an award from the Grammys "still stands."

RM, then, echoed his groupmate's assertions, noting that they were, indeed, "thinking about the Grammys." He, later on, claimed that they are aiming for it once again.

Meanwhile, Jimin shared his descriptions of BTS' second all-English single. He clarified that "there is no huge message or anything like that."

The vocalist continued that "Butter" is a "cute confession song," adding that they wanted to "capture various types of charms."

The hopes of another shot at the Grammys come after the K-Pop group failed to bring home the award for the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category earlier this year. They, alongside "Dynamite," lost to Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga's "Rain On Me."

Although controversies emerged following the loss, BTS remained positive, according to People. As it happened, they did not see their loss as a "failure," considering that a nomination from the institution is already a big win.

The septet is the first ever K-Pop act to receive a Grammy nomination. The members seemingly emphasized this dynamic and took it as a success.

In the end, though, the idols expressed their gratitude and appreciation for all the support, especially from the ARMY. Moreover, they assured their fans and followers to do even better as they move forward in their careers.

To date, following the release of "Butter," it appears that BTS' efforts and hard work will continue to pay off. Forbes even asserted that the K-Pop idols may witness another historic week as the single persists to top charts and break records.

Based on the unofficial tally of YouTube views, "Butter" appears to have broken the viewership record of "Dynamite" in its debut. At the 24-hour mark, the music video amassed 112.855 million views, making it the unofficial biggest first-day view count of all time.
