EXO is busy preparing for their official comeback in June with their new album, Don't Fight the Feeling, dropping different teasers here and there. The latest promotion comes from Lay, who trends number one on various social media platforms.
Fans will once again see the rest of EXO's nine members back on the stage with their imminent comeback. As Suho, Xiumin, Lay, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai and Sehun will have their own participation in the new album's promotion, their followers are now waiting for each of their photos.
According to AllKpop, the news about Lay's comeback to promote the group's returning LP spreads like wildfire. Fans begin to predict the theme of his photoshoot, knowing this is the first time he joins the group promotion after Don't Mess Up my Tempo.
Though he actively promotes in China, he is not that active in South Korea. So, the news about his promotion makes fans really excited, though SM Entertainment and Lay Zhang Studio both remain mum about it.
This will also clear the rumors that Lay has already left EXO. So, everyone is now waiting to see the concept and teaser that features Lay.
So far, the group has dropped a spoiler video featuring the recording set of the new music video. Don't Fight the Feeling does not only serve as their comeback album.
It is also a special album that is part of their ninth-anniversary celebration. Fortunately, the boys finally reveal their full schedule and the long wait after their two-year hiatus since Obsession will be finally over.
There will be a series of teasers coming on May 24 to 26, followed by more from May 27 to May 30, Pink Villa noted. A prologue will then drop on May 31 and screening on June 1.
Parallel teasers will come from May 31 to June 3, while the music video trailer will be out on June 4, 5 and 6. Finally, EXO's official return will happen on June 7 at 6 p.m. Korean Standard Time.
Meanwhile, fans also have to wait for Kai, Kim Hee Sun, Tak Jae Hoon, Yoo Teo and Moon Se Yoon's appearance on a new tvN variety show. Lee Woo Hyun will produce the show, in which the cast will run an inn on Jeju Island, per Soompi.
It will feature newlyweds who managed to tie the knot amidst the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic. Kim Hee Sun, Tak Jae Hoon, Yoo Teo, Moon Se Yoon and Kai are confirmed to be part of the yet-to-be-titled show, premiering in July.
