Gaja will make his last stand and try his best to stop Lolo as painlessly as he can. After that, he will go directly to Vanica and Megicula and will put his life on the line to make his final attack against the two.
The chapter will end with Gaja falling into pieces while a silhouette of Megicula is seen, though it is not revealed if it will be her true form.

Anyhow, fans should only take these turns of events with a grain of salt because of the spoilers' rough translation. It is strongly advised that they wait for the manga's official release instead.
According to Anime Troop, in "Black Clover" Chapter 298, Megicula talked about Acier Silva, Noelle's mother, and how she killed her using her curse. Megicula could only manifest if Vanica and Lolopechka die by using their bodies, so she was already planning for their deaths.
Lolo now possessed new magic, called Demon Water Magic, but Megicula cursed and turned her into a devil. She might die the same death as Acier, so Rill, Charlotte, Noelle and Gaja would do their best to save her.
Gaja saw a chance to attack Lolo, but he did not. Instead, the princess stabbed him in the stomach - making him gravely injured. This also resulted in Noelle losing her Spirit Dive power.
