Kylie Jenner has one of the most enviable bodies in the entertainment business, and many want to know her secret. Fortunately, the self-made billionaire is generous enough to share her diet in a fun video on TikTok.
Jenner gave her millions of followers a glimpse of her meals in a day, captioning it with "what I eat in a day." The short clip showed her food from breakfast to dinner, and it all looks delicious, as the remix of Doja Cat and her boyfriend Travis Scott's mashed-up songs, "Need to Know" and "goosebumps," play in the background.
Before she featured her food, Jenner first showed off her outfit for the day-a bright orange sports bra paired with the same colored leggings with white sneakers. From here, she starts to reveal her meals.
First off is a bowl of oats with yogurt, topped with raspberries and blueberries. It is paired with a cup of foamy drink, which looks like a matcha latte.
She, then, had fresh coconut water. Her next meal is a sumptuous-looking salad composed of shredded cabbage, cilantro, scallions, nuts, and sesame seeds, followed by a cup of grapes.
Afterward, Jenner helped herself to a glass of lemon water and added in what looks like some drops of chlorophyll. Then, the reality star indulged herself in a well-proportioned meal consisting of penne pasta, a small green salad, and asparagus.

Of course, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star also knows how to treat herself by having freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. As expected, Jenner's meals look expensive, and viewers cannot help but commend her ability to eat in portions.
Meanwhile, People reported this move might have something to do with Jenner's re-launching of Kylie Cosmetics, making it a "clean and vegan" brand. The social media personality said she is proud of re-launching Kylie Cosmetics with all-new clean and vegan formulas in a press release.
Jenner continued that it was essential for her to use clean ingredients when she created her cosmetics line without sacrificing its performance. Aside from bragging about her new "amazing formulas," she also introduced her new lip kit that could be worn for eight hours and comfortable on the lips.
With this new re-launch, Jennifer is now excited for everyone to try her new products. She, too, will release a special 24K Gold makeup collection, dropping on Aug. 10, in time for her 24th birthday.
