Fans may learn more of Takemichi and Chifuyu's new gang in "Tokyo Revengers" Chapter 237. These two have decided to create their own group to face the unbeatable captain of Tokyo Manji Gang, Mikey.
Takemichi is back in good shape after a month of break. He has now completely healed and is preparing himself to face Mikey with the help of his partner, Chifuyu, in "Tokyo Revengers" Chapter 237.
The two started to form their group in the previous chapter. Though there are a lot of questions about their plan to create a new gang, it may include some of the Tokyo Manji Gang's former members.
Takemichi's resolve has only gotten stronger and his discharge from the hospital. He is ready to face the world, including his number one enemy.
Despite the admiration, it cannot be denied that Mikey has become his biggest foe. So, he starts to recruit his most trusted friend, Chifuyu, who knows Takemichi's time-leaping secret.
Chifuyu has sworn his loyalty to Takemichi after Baji died. Now that they have their own gang, Chifuyu will surely be its vice-captain while Takemichi plays as the leader.
So, who will be the other faces that will lead the group? Recent Highlights noted the only available members that can be part of the new gang are the legends from the first generation of Black Dragon and Akashi Takeomi.
However, Takemichi needs more. Terano managed to gather all the powerhouses under his control, but they all moved to Kanto Manji Gang after his demise. So far, only Chifuyu can recruit new members and fans may see more of it in "Tokyo Revengers" Chapter 237.
Meanwhile, in "Tokyo Revengers" Chapter 236, Hina took Takemichi to the rooftop to see the fireworks after he cried his heart out, per Epic Dope. She reminded him of the first time they watched the fireworks.
At the time, he held Naoto's hand instead of Hina's. He told her he had worked hard to protect her and his recklessness had resulted in making him endearing to people.
This gave him more allies but also more people to protect. Hina also reminded Takemichi that he was the man of his own and not Draken or Mikey.
From here, Takemichi vowed to bring Mikey to their side again and said he would make a gang of his own. After a month, he was fixed up and went to Palma Pet shop, where Chifuyu worked.
Chifuyu thought he wanted to pick a fight, but Takemichi asked him instead to join his team that would defeat Kanto Manji Gang.
But Chifuyu would join upon one condition; the gang would be called Thousand Winters. What happens from here can be seen when "Tokyo Revengers" Chapter 237 drops on Tuesday, Jan. 11.
