Barely a month after Suho's military discharge, he hinted at his return and EXO's official comeback. After dropping an enigmatic teaser about a new possible release, he seems to confirm the coming of a new album.
Suho gladly gave an interview for the Indonesian entertainment program "InsertLive" and revealed his future plans and EXO's activities. He confirmed the boy group would soon return with a new album.
"Of course, EXO members and I are planning to prepare for an album," he said, via AllKpop. This LP would be used to greet their fans, who have been patiently waiting for their return.
As expected, excited Indonesian fans shared the good news worldwide through various social media platforms, like Twitter. With that being said, they are now all looking forward to seeing Xiumin, Suho, Lay, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai and Sehun's upcoming activities.
Elsewhere, Suho had a friendly chat with his fans from all over the world through Bubble. The group's lead vocals first introduced himself and knew his fans had been waiting to get in touch with him for a long time.
After almost two years of being enlisted, he finally had the chance to communicate with everyone through this platform. He, then, revealed he missed his fans so much and asked them to talk more often this time.
Suho was enlisted in May 2020 and was discharged in February 2022. However, though fans were happy with this new update, they couldn't help but look for hints of his comeback in his messages and it looked like they found one.
When he said he was working harder to meet everyone as soon as possible, EXO-L knew there was a new release coming. For starters, Suho dropped a mysterious trailer on EXO's official social media pages on Feb. 20, per Korea Portal.
The clip featured an enigmatic clock and birds. Later, a cabinet in the middle of a forest was seen.
As the closet opened, a familiar grey suit was seen. Though this seemed to hint at Suho's return, fans got confused when its caption said, "At last, the man takes off his grey suit."
At the end of the clip, Suho's name is revealed. Fans are now anticipating the K-Pop idol's return, along with his group, pretty soon, after posting a handwritten letter and making a live broadcast following his discharge. He even teased he had a gift for his fans, who had patiently waited for him.
