"One Piece" Chapter 1042 spoilers have now dropped and Kaido is about to feel a major déjà vu. The fight between Luffy and Kaido will continue and by the looks of it, the CP0 boss will intervene it.
Fans are about to see the climax of this arc in "One Piece" Chapter 1042. Though Wano seems to be on its final events, a lot is still about to happen in the series.
The next chapter is titled "Winners Don't Need Any Excuse," with a cover picture of Oven carrying a book to Whole Cake Island. Recent Highlights noted the first fight would feature X Drake and the CP0 boss.
Everything looks intense as X Drake stabs the CP0 boss. However, the CP0 boss fights back and hits X Drake with his shigan attack.
After that, the rest of the fights will be about Kaido and Luffy. Kaido unveils three new modes of his drunken mode attack.
Luffy, then, transforms to his boundman form and uses Gomu Gomu no Kong Gun attack. Kaido proves he is unbeatable as he unleashes another new move, Raihou Hakke, in "One Piece" Chapter 1042.
From there, the CP0 boss arrives on the island dome where Kaido and Luffy are fighting. Luffy gets distracted, resulting in being hit by Kaido's attack.
Kaido, alternatively, is surprised and in disbelief. This is the same thing that happened during his fight against Oden. Now that it is happening again, what will he do next?
Elsewhere, Luffy will be more determined to put Kaido down after learning Big Mom has been defeated, per Epic Dope. Their battle will be more intense, knowing the loss of Charlotte Linlin boosts it.
Luffy will have more confidence, while Kaido wants to take his revenge. Fans will also see how Momonosuke will use Zunesha to help him.
He told Yamato about Oden's journal, though he does not know much about the torn page. He revealed his father wanted to open up Wano.
However, if its people would suffer great consequences, he believed it was not the right thing to do. Yamato might play a major role in clearing things out, knowing she carries the will of Oden.
Lastly, Drake will find out the CP0's mission to kill Luffy. Though they may have no plans to stop his fight against Kaido, they still pose a big threat to the Straw Hat Pirates leader's life.
