Titled "Sendai Colony Part 6," the close-up images of Takako, Yuta, and Ishigori hint at an upcoming chaotic mess. Takako and Ishigori join forces to keep a domain barrier to prevent Rika from entering.
The two have the upper hand in the fight, but it only makes Rika's cursed energy levels increase. However, a huge change is about to occur when Kurourushi's spawn suddenly appears and shatters the barriers, resulting in the three domains' fall.
Sports Keeda noted that "Kurorushi bred via parthenogenesis while hibernating" and produced an offspring. All of Kurorushi's cursed energy was transferred into his brood in "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 179.
Though the Kurourushi Culling Game player is already dead, his cursed spirits continuously live on. So when Yuta notices Takako finds it hard to fight the cockroach cursed spirit, he takes advantage of it and attacks her with Rika.
Kurourushi 2.0 uses Festering Life Blade against Takako. Hence, cursed cockroaches come out from her shoulder and sever her arm.
Rika holds her arm and eats it, while Ishigori uses Granite Blast on both Takako and Kurourushi. Takako is knocked out, though she may still be alive.
This makes her easy prey and can be killed at any moment. Later, Yuta and Ishigori finally face each other. However, a slightly ominous side comment reveals his cursed technique has yet fully recovered.
