Big Bang is now the talk of the town as their much-awaited comeback is nearing. As the group drops each member's teaser image, netizens notice the big difference in Daesung's looks.
Though the latest photo to be revealed is that of T.O.P, Daesung's new look turns out to be a hot topic. By the looks of it, he has lost an incredible amount of weight, making him look unrecognizable.
In a post on an online community, many talked about the weight the 32-year-old idol had lost due to his much leaner appearance. His face now looks visibly slimmer, losing all the baby fat from his cheeks.
One fan said she had no idea what their new song would be like after seeing Daesung's slimmer look. "He lost so much weight," a different fan added.
Of course, some commend his new appearance, saying his teaser photo looks the best, though he seems so skinny, AllKpop noted. Despite that, they are still looking forward to hearing his voice again.
It has been a long time since fans last heard of Big Bang. With Daesung's weight loss, it only seems to prove that they have all worked hard for their return.
Meanwhile, the latest member to have his teaser photo is T.O.P. The band releases another polaroid snap, featuring the rapper fully covered with his jacket, cap and mask.
The picture looks rather mysterious with only him and his shadow on a black backdraft. Before him and Daesung, YG Entertainment also unveiled the individual teaser photos for G-Dragon and Taeyang.
Compared to T.O.P's image, Taeyang's is more colorful with his grass and flowers background. He seems to be lying on the ground and has become one with nature, while his calm expression and languid eyes melt everyone's heart, per Pinkvilla.
Of course, fans have waited to see G-Dragon's return and his teaser photo shows how he remained glamorous all these years.
He dons a multicolored hairstyle and the pastel orange background, added with bright sunlight penetrating the window, looks aesthetically beautiful. These things seem to hint at the warm feeling of their upcoming album, making it more much-awaited.
Originally composed of five members, Big Bang is about to make their triumphant return after being away from the spotlight for four years. G-Dragon, T.O.P, Taeyang and Daesung will be back on stage to prove they are still the kings of K-pop.
After being involved in the Burning Sun scandal, Seungri already left the group after retiring from the entertainment industry in March 2019. Big Bang will drop their new song, "Still Life," on April 4.
