"Queendom 2" just begins, but the tension is already building up. Cosmic Girls' Yeoreum seemed to have a tense moment with VIVIZ in the series, but how true it was?
The series has been known for its "evil editing" that creates drama on the set. So, is the tension between Yeoreum and Viviz in "Queendom 2" real or are they just the victims of the dramatic video editing?
During the first episode, the girl groups started to know each other. They all asked when VIVIZ debuted, knowing they were originally introduced as GFriend in 2015.
AllKpop noted that based on the Korean society's hierarchy system, GFriends are seniors to Cosmic Girls and re-debuted in 2022. So, Cosmic Girls members said VIVIZ members were their juniors.
A clip then revealed SinB looking annoyed and calling on Yeoreum, who looked at SinB with eyes wide open. Later, the air became cold and tension between the two women developed.
However, Yeoreum explained on V App that her real-life relationship with SinB was far different from what fans saw in "Queendom 2." She had no idea why she looked so annoyed in the clip.
In fact, SinB only found it funny and did not take it seriously. She even said they did not have to explain it, as the public had known the friendship between SinB and Cosmic Girls.
Yeoreum added she did not know her statement about feeling fainting when Hyolyn appeared would be taken out of context.
