"One Piece Red" drops its official poster to give a good look at its main three characters, Uta, Shanks and Luffy. The image features the distant relationship between the father and his child, along with Luffy in the center.
Uta is a new character and Shanks' daughter, who he left for unknown reasons. They seem to have different backgrounds and "One Piece Red" will mostly focus on their relationship.
Luffy is at the front and center of the snap, but he only takes a small part of the visual. With that said, the main focus will be on Shanks and Uta and the connection that they have.
Shanks look rather serious, which is quite unusual for him and the movie may reveal the reason behind it. Uta, alternatively, is singing her heart out, knowing she is a world-famous diva.
The two face opposite directions, hinting at the rift between them. So, will there be a drama between these two in "One Piece Red?"
The upcoming movie also raises questions about Luffy and Shanks' meeting. SportsKeeda noted the Straw Hat Pirates leader wants to surpass Red Hair when they meet again.
If this happens, Luffy may give Shanks his Straw Hat back. So, will there be an interaction between the two?
"One Piece Red" will feature the Straw Hats visiting a musical festival. It will then introduce Uta and reveal several cameos of different characters.
The Heart Pirates and the Marines will be seen, but the most-awaited character is Shanks. However, it remains to be seen if he will be playing a major role or will just stay on the sidelines.
Elsewhere, Comicbook noted the movie would also introduce the Straw Hat Pirates' ship, Thousand Sunny. It will bear a similar look to Tony Tony Chopper, the group's doctor.
It also comes with some surprising mysteries that fans are about to see this summer as the iconic ship comes to life. "One Piece Red" is set to be out on August 6 in Japan.
It is yet to be seen when it will be out worldwide. But based on the franchise's previous movie releases, the films that drop in the summer usually come out in North America and other countries in the fall.
With the possibility that Shanks will once again meet Luffy in this movie, a moment many have been waiting for, "One Piece Red" is definitely a must-see. This film is the 15th movie adaptation of the franchise.
