"One Piece" official YouTube channel reveals more details about the upcoming "One Piece Film: Red" through a livestream event. From the movie's soundtrack artists to its background to a new trailer, it teases this anime film is definitely a must-see.

The new "One Piece Film: Red" preview reveals Uta and Luffy are childhood friends, making it more intriguing what breaks their friendship. It also details more about the movie's other characters and, of course, the voices fans are about to hear.

SportsKeeda noted that the teaser shows young Uta and Luffy playing in the Foosha Village, with Shank's ship, Red Force, in the background. A sphere of blue light similar to Trafalgar Law's Room is also seen.

Though fans don't have a glimpse of Law himself in the clip, it may be a hint that he will make an appearance in the movie. There are also clues that Shank's crew will be seen, especially when the crew's character design includes Rockstar.

Elsewhere, the livestream also reveals the voice actors behind Gordon and Uta, who are Kenjiro Tsuda and Nazuka Kaori, while the singer Ado will perform Uta's musical scenes. It also unveils the other artists who will sing for "One Piece Film: Red" with the special mention of Mrs. Green Apple.

The most important revelation of them all is the information about the film's plot and setting. The movie will be set on the musical island of Elegia, where Uta will hold her first concert performance in front of a huge crowd.

She will sing "New Era" during the event, making her popularity reach new heights. However, fans seem to be surprised that her concert is held on Elegia, though it remains to be seen why.

But by the looks of it, Uta wants to make them "forget the pain and bad memories," which seem to hint that something traumatic happened on the island in the past. Hopefully, "One Piece Film: Red" will eventually reveal what really occurred in Elegia.

Meanwhile, discussing Luffy and Uta's close bond, the former's crew members are all jealous of him, knowing he's friends with a diva, per Epic Dope. The two get along really well, so it's a big puzzle to many as to what happens between them that sees them fighting against each other in the last scene.

A mysterious figure named Gordon seems the only one who knows their story and he may be the key to this revelation. So, how did Uta become an antagonist despite having the goal of making the world happy?

Fans may get the answer to this question when "One Piece Film: Red" drops on August 6 in Japan. It will eventually have an international release at a later date.
