After Dawn gave a major wedding update, HyunA talked about their relationship in an episode of MBC's "Radio Star" on Wednesday, July 20. The two officially announced their engagement in February and fans are now waiting to hear the wedding bells.
HyunA was one of the show's guest stars, along with Kim Byung Ok, Han Young and Billie's Tsuki. As her fiancée, Dawn, is often on "Radio Star," she revealed it made her feel at ease, considering she always got nervous appearing on talk shows.
The show's hosts had nothing but good words for her boyfriend, describing him as "subtly funny," to which the singer-songwriter agreed, AllKpop noted. They then talked about different stuff, like marriage and living with spouses.
Han Young brought out his topic after recently tying the know with the singer Park Koon. Now that they were married, she said there was "a lot more to take care of."
She even cited some examples, like her being clean, but her husband would usually just hang his clothes everywhere. He would even usually wear already used clothes, telling her they were still clean.
Anyhow, as it bothered her, she would still wash them. HyunA seemed to relate to Han Young's revelations, saying Dawn was the same.
The rapper would usually tell her he would still wear his already used clothes the next day, asking her not to put them in the laundry basket-even his socks. From there, they talked about their engagement and made a big disclosure.
"Dawn proposed to me a few months back, but I feel like I don't want to get married," she said. "There seem to be a lot of things to take care of."
HyunA's revelation seemed the opposite of Dawn's excitement to get married. In his "Radio Star" appearance on July 13 with Kim Jong Min, Honey J, Jo Kwon and Meenoi, he revealed his marriage plans with her girlfriend, per Soompi.
For starters, the two got everyone's attention when they announced their engagement in February by showing their unique engagement ring on Instagram. The band was reportedly personally designed by the "Shine" hitmaker himself.
So, when asked by the MCs if they had set a date for their wedding, Dawn said they didn't have a date yet. However, he stressed they "always had the heart to get married" and they could even do it next week if they wanted.
