The first set of spoilers for "One Piece" Chapter 1056 has dropped, giving fans a first look at what may happen next. By the looks of it, it will draw the Wano arc to a close, giving way for the final saga to begin.
The Straw Hats are now on their way to leave Wano. So, will fans finally witness the end of the Wano arc in "One Piece" Chapter 1056?
SportsKeeda noted that the initial spoilers come from the reputable leakers, Etenboby and other WorstGen forum users. It first releases the next chapter's title, "Cross Guild," which references Buggy's new organization with the influential members of the former Shichibukai, like Crocodile and Mihawk.
Buggy has now put bounties on the heads of Marines, which is probably part of his Yonko title for leading the "Cross Guild." Elsewhere, Inuarashi and Nekomamushi choose Carrot as their successor to lead the Minks and the Mokomo Dukedom.
Other leakers claim Carrot is the night's ruler while Wanda is the day's leader, though it remains to be seen if this is true. In addition, Aramaki's attack allegedly makes Shinobu beautiful again.
From there, Luffy, Kid and Law leave Wano and go on their own separate ways in "One Piece" Chapter 1056. Allegedly, Kid will go after Shanks, though others say he will be after someone else.
Lastly, Yamato is seen standing atop the Flower Capital Castle, looking out across the country. Do the Straw Hats leave her despite reportedly joining the crew?
Meanwhile, "One Piece" Chapter 1055 saw Momonosuke asking Ryokugyu to leave, later manifesting Kaido's Bolo Breath that heavily damaged the latter, per Anime News and Facts. The Scabbards and Yamato praised Momo and were amazed by his success in burning Ryokugyu's tree form to ashes.
However, Ryokugyu regenerated and regained his tree form, promising to kill Momo if he would continuously stand in his way. But, Ryokugyu sensed a strong blast of Haoshoku Haki coming from Shanks that made him return to his normal self.
He was surprised that the Red Hair Pirates were just around, despite Shanks saying going after the new generation of pirates with their guard down was tasteless. Shanks' mere presence made Ryokugyu leave his mission, making the samurai and Yamato celebrate their victory.
Little did they know that Luffy, Zoro, Sanji and Jinbe were on the hillside and watching the fight, amazed by their samurai friends and how intense Shank's Haki was to drive Ryokugyu away. As they had no idea it was him, Luffy had suspicions as Shanks went on his way.
"One Piece" Chapter 1056 will be out on Sunday, August 7. There will then be a Weekly Shonen Jump break next week, delaying Chapter 1057 to August 21.
