Twitter user Gurumi Haribo has been gaining traction after uploading a series of BLACKPINK's Jennie and BTS's V's alleged dating photos. But as the leaker seems to have gained enormous attention, they have now decided to stop posting pictures of the two K-pop idols in an announcement on Telegram on Wednesday, August 31.

Gurumi's Twitter page has already been suspended, so they only communicate through Telegram. They created a group chat to answer questions about V and Jennie and to give some updates.

In a chat room, they shared, via AllKpop, that a lot had happened in the past 48 hours and important peopled had talked to them. From there, they decided to stop posting content involving the two K-pop giants.

They promised to stick to their position and repeated themselves. "No photos of Jennie and V have been edited or photoshopped," they swore.

They continued that the legal representatives should only speak the truth, and those involved knew there were more photos, and they were the only ones who had those snaps. They then asked people not to "speculate too much" about it.

They also confirmed that they had never worked with anyone who made the claim online. They then stressed that they would only use their Telegram chatroom if they had to correct misinformation released by the company.

Earlier, Gurumiho revealed that they had sent messages to Jennie several times but got no reply. When asked if they were afraid of any legal action that would be taken against them, they said that if anyone thought they had done something wrong to be arrested, they should tell YG Entertainment and Big Hit Music to do so.

Meanwhile, the leak of V and Jennie's alleged dating photos again began on August 23, per Pop Inquirer. At the time, Gurumi posted a picture of the BLACKPINK member taking a mirror selfie with V being styled on the side.

Some claimed the photo was only edited, just like their alleged snap together allegedly driving on Jeju Island in May. However, netizens couldn't find any individual images that could have been used to manipulate their so-called dating snaps, making others believe it was real.

After a few days, Gurumi shared another snap of V and Jennie, alluding they were at the BTS member's home due to the life-sized mirror often seen in his previous posts. As their respective agencies are both mum about it, fans have demanded they break their silence and defend their artists.
