"Boruto" Chapter 74, "Baptism," raw scans and spoilers have finally dropped, hinting at a new danger now that Eida and Daemon are in Konoha. As the decision to monitor Eida may not go as planned, something worse may come.

Everyone seems to have fallen for Eida's charm after Shikamaru, Sai, and other Leaf shinobi meet her at the train station. Shikamaru welcomes her to the village while also greeting Daemon.
Eida believes the house-sharing project will work out, and she even seems excited about it. She makes her way to the location and brings Daemon with him.
Shikamaru then confronts Amado, demanding to answer all their questions. Sarada and Mitsuki keep an eye on the house that Boruto, Kawaki, Eida, and Daemon share.
Sarada finds it useless, knowing Eida already knows their plan. Boruto and Kawaki can be seen lounging around the house in "Boruto" Chapter 74, and Konohamaru reminds them to work together to get along with Eida.
As Eida finally arrives, she meets Konohamaru, who tries to resist her charm, but falls unconscious down the stairs. Daemon jumps on Boruto's shoulders and warns him and Kawaki that he'll beat them if they hurt his sister.
This instantly makes Daemon mad, and he attacks him by transforming his arm and pushing the cyborg off, though it backfires. Kawaki uses his karma and fires chakra rods toward Daemon, but the latter dodges it and knocks the former cold after kicking him.
Boruto joins the fight and attacks Daemon, but the blonde ninja also manages to avoid it. Daemon climbs to his back and repeatedly punches him, knocking him out in "Boruto" Chapter 74. Later, Boruto wakes up, seeing Kawaki lying on Eida's lap.
Meanwhile, "Boruto" Chapter 73 saw Eida using her Senrigan to eavesdrop on Konoha to hear their plans while on a train. She felt shy that she needed to live in the same house as Kawaki and even turned more embarrassed when Shikamaru revealed she had a crush on Kawaki.
Her heartbeat woke Daemon up, worrying if something was wrong. Eida assured him everything was fine. It was the same thing she wanted.
Boruto wondered why Eida wanted Kawaki when she could easily charm other guys. Sumire chimed in and explained that Eida might not be interested in anyone who already liked her, finding Kawaki a challenge.
Kawaki loudly said that Eida was stupid when Shikamaru warned him that her Senrigan could see and hear their talk. "Boruto" Chapter 74 will be out on Thursday, October 20, 2022.
