MAPPA has finally dropped the official trailer for "Attack on Titan" Final Season Part 3. But though the studio has revealed its official release date, it looks like fans aren't happy about it after learning the supposed final part is split into another two halves.

The first part of "Attack on Titan" Final Season 3 Part 3 will be out in March, while the second half is yet to be revealed. That said, fans can't help but wonder why MAPPA has to divide it.

The final part just needs to adapt the manga's last nine chapters. Though it may mean each episode may be longer than usual, viewers are still annoyed about the decision.

The final season dropped its first set of episodes in December 2020, while the second part, which many thought was the last of the series, was released in January 2022. Though many celebrated the fact that the anime received a third part to end Eren's story, they felt that there were already too many parts to the last and final season, making the series too packed.

That said, they can't help but wonder if the supposed second half of the third part will be divided into more additional parts. Some fans seem to understand MAPPA splitting "Attack on Titan" Final Season Part 3.

With the many action-packed scenes the animators have to do, they will surely have a hard time doing it in one go. Hence, it's probably the reason others see why the anime studio has to do it so that its animators will have more time to work on its animation.

It has been known that animators are often overworked due to the many projects they have to do at once. However, some suggest that MAPPA should just delay the series and drop all its episodes at once instead of dividing it into two halves again.

Hence, they can't help but think that the studio is taking advantage of the series' fame. With other famous anime series on its line-up, like Vinland Saga Season 2, Chainsaw Man, and Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, among others, MAPPA is accused of being "money-hungry."

Meanwhile, the franchise's official Twitter account revealed the official release date of "Attack on Titan" Final Season Part 3. Its first Japanese broadcast will be held on March 4 at 12:25 a.m. Japan time.

Yuichiro Hayashi also returns to direct the next part of the series. Alternatively, its second part is said to be out later this year, though its official release date is yet to be revealed. MAPPA also released the "Attack on Titan" Final Season Part 3 official trailer, giving a glimpse of the chaos the Rumbling brings.
