"Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 210 spoilers have dropped, hinting that Gojo may have partially raised Megumi. Though the new chapter may not detail the previous events, it will feature a major backstory and background that will set up its future.
The backstory confirms a long-standing theory about Gojo and Megumi in "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 210. So, did he indeed raise Megumi?

The new chapter begins with a brief flashback of a curse raising three abandoned children. It then returns to the present, featuring Megumi talking with a soldier while figuring out why the militaries invade the colony, while Kenjaku plans to assimilate Tengen with the CE from each territory.
As they realize Kenjaku is only using the soldiers, Yuji decides to help them despite Angel's refusal. Yuji then comes across a soldier from whom they get the information.
A huge curse uses the soldier as bait to fish out lesser curses in "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 210. Megumi is later seen talking about the thing Yuji and Angel discussed earlier.
One of the kids from the flashback realizes the one who raises them isn't her mother. He then follows a dog with a fluffy white tail, which happens to be Megumi's Divine Dog.
That kid is Hana, who Megumi saved when he was a kid while on a stroll with Gojo. Hana saves a soldier from the curse.
Megumi reveals Yuji is more concerned about Hana, afraid she will be the next Nobara. Megumi stops Yuji and asks him to apologize. From there, Tabaka is seen in the last frame of "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 210.
Though the spoilers don't confirm Gojo raised Megumi, some clues prove the theory is true. Gojo's treatment of Megumi in the flashback is quite telling.
It goes from Megumi's Divine Dog to how casually Goji acts around him in the backstory. He also appears familiar and comfortable with Megumi, not even minding not responding to his question.
In addition, though it's not known when this scene exactly happens in "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 210, it may be from Gojo's Past arc. This just means that Gojo is already raising Megumi soon after Toji's death.
It doesn't only prove the truthfulness of Gojo's words to Toji. It also establishes the theory that Gojo has been on Megumi's side since time immemorial.
